8. GOOGLE ANALYTICS

On this website we have integrated the component Google Analytics (with anonymization function). Google Analytics is a web analysis service. Web analysis is the collection and evaluation of data about the behaviour of visitors to Internet pages. A web analysis service collects data on, among other things, from which website a person came to a website (so-called referrers), which subpages of the website were accessed or how often and for how long a subpage was viewed. A web analysis is regularly used to optimise a website and to analyse the costs and benefits of Internet advertising.

The operating company of the Google Analytics component is Google Inc. 1600 Amphitheatre Pkwy, Mountain View, CA 94043-1351, USA (here: "Google").

We use the addition "_gat._anonymizeIp" for the web analysis via Google Analytics. This addition shortens and anonymizes the IP address of your Google Internet connection if you access our Internet pages from within the European Economic Area.

The purpose of the Google Analytics component is our legitimate interest in analysing the flow of visitors to our website (Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f of the General Data Protection Regulation). Google uses the data and information obtained on our behalf, among other things, to evaluate the use of our website, to compile online reports for us showing the activities on our website and to provide other services in connection with the use of our website.

Google Analytics places a cookie on your computer. Many websites and servers use cookies. Many cookies contain a so-called cookie ID. A cookie ID is a unique identifier of the cookie. It consists of a string of characters through which Internet pages and servers can be assigned to the specific Internet browser in which the cookie was stored. This enables the visited Internet pages and servers to distinguish the individual browser of the person concerned from other Internet browsers that contain other cookies. A particular Internet browser can be recognized and identified by its unique cookie ID.

By setting the cookie, an analysis of the use of our website is made possible. Each time one of the individual pages of this website is accessed, the Internet browser on your computer is automatically prompted by the respective Google Analytics component to transmit data to Google for the purpose of online analysis. As part of this technical process, Google receives on our behalf information about personal data, such as your IP address, which is used, among other things, to trace the origin of visitors and clicks.

Cookies are used to store personal information, such as access time, the location from which an access originated, and the frequency of your visits to our website. Each time you visit our website, this personal data, including the IP address of the Internet connection you use, is transmitted to Google in the United States of America. This personal data is stored by Google in the United States of America. Google may share this personal data collected through the technical process with third parties.

You may refuse the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser, however please note that if you do this you may not be able to use the full functionality of this website. Such a setting of the Internet browser used would also prevent Google from setting a cookie on your computer. In addition, a cookie already set by Google Analytics can be deleted at any time via the Internet browser or other software programs.

Furthermore, you have the possibility to object to and prevent the collection of data generated by Google Analytics and relating to the use of this website and the processing of this data by Google. For this purpose you can download and install a browser add-on under the link tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. This browser add-on informs Google Analytics via JavaScript that no data and information on visits to Internet pages may be transmitted to Google Analytics. The installation of the browser add-on is considered by Google as a contradiction. However, if your computer is deleted, formatted or reinstalled at a later date, the browser add-on must be reinstalled in order to deactivate Google Analytics. If the browser add-on is uninstalled or deactivated by you, you have the option of reinstalling or re-installing the browser add-on.

If you prevent the use of Google Analytics as described, this has no influence on the usability of our website.

Further information and the valid data protection regulations of Google can be obtained under www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy/ and under www.google.com/analytics/terms/de.html Google Analytics is explained in more detail under this link: www.google.com/intl/de_en/analytics/.

We do not store any personal data in the context of Google Analytics, since the data is anonymized immediately at Google.

Personal data will not be transmitted to other recipients.

9. GOOGLE MAPS

The Google Maps plug-in is integrated into this website. The operating company of Google Maps is Google, with the detailed data specified in section 9.

Each time the individual pages on which the Google Maps plug-in is integrated are visited, the Internet browser on your computer is automatically prompted to transmit data to Google for the purpose of providing the Google Maps plug-in. As part of this technical process, Google obtains knowledge of personal data, such as your IP address, which is used, among other things, to track the origin of visitors and clicks. In detail, the IP address, device identification, browser characteristics, operating system details, language settings, referring URLs and geolocation data are transmitted to Google.

The purpose of the Google Maps component is our legitimate interest in being able to provide you with an interactive map graphic with navigation function (Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f of the General Data Protection Regulation).

You can use suitable browser settings or plug-ins to prevent page elements such as Google Maps from loading automatically. If you use such settings or plug-ins, the map display of Google Maps will, depending on your settings, not be displayed at all or only after your explicit approval; only then will the above data transfer to Google take place.

We do not store any personal data in the context of Google Maps.

Personal data will not be transmitted to other recipients.

Google Maps is exclusively responsible for the further processing of data. The terms of use for Google Maps can be found under https://www.google.com/intl/en_en/help/terms_maps.html terms of use for Google Maps. Details can be found in https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=en&gl=ZZ Google's privacy policy.
