Imaginative and profound, detailed and thoughtful and, above all, always surprising – the playing of Federico Colli, born in Brescia, Italy, in 1988, has thrilled audiences around the world.

In 2012, he won the gold medal at the International Piano Competition in Leeds and has been making an international career ever since. His recital in Herten will include Maurice Ravel’s “Le Tombeau de Couperin” and Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart’s Sonata in A major KV 331 with the famous Alla Turca movement. His wonderfully light touch and lyrical tone make him an ideal interpreter for these works.
